I love baked brie because it is so elegant and also so easy. The tartness of fresh cranberries and orange zest plus the sweetness of honey in this Honey Cranberry Orange Baked Brie is the perfect pair with ooey-gooey melted cheese, especially when toasted pecans keep it all grounded. Serve it with slices of crusty artisan bread, crackers, and fresh fruit.

Ingredients Needed
- 8-ounce wheel of Brie
- Fresh cranberries
- Honey
- Fresh orange zest
- Pecan halves

How to Make Honey Cranberry Orange
- Preheat oven to 350℉. Place the wheel of Brie in a small oven-safe skillet (I love these mini cast iron skillets!) or on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Set aside.
- Place the cranberries in the jar of a blender or food processor and pulse until chopped.
- Transfer to a small bowl and mix with orange zest and 1/4 cup honey. Place this mixture on top of the Brie, then top with pecan halves.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is oozing but not completely melted. If desired, drizzle a little additional honey on top.
- Serve with sliced bread, crackers, and fresh fruit.

Storing and Other Tips
- This is best served fresh, but leftovers can be stored, tightly covered, in the refrigerator for up 2 days. Reheat in a 350℉ oven until melty, or in the microwave for a few seconds.
- If serving at a party or gathering, baked brie can be left out for up to 2 hours, then it needs to be transferred to the refrigerator.

Frequently Asked Questions
Camembert would be a great substitution, as it is very similar to brie.
Walnuts, pistachios, or almonds would work here. If needed for food allergies or other restrictions, you can omit the nuts completely.
